Our Story

Entirely vegan fusion in Shanghai and Beijing.
Our story began in Shanghai in 2020.

“Du” points to Chengdu; “Li” to grains.
A fondness for Sichuan flavours
finds new possibilities in plant-based food.

Sichuan spice and inspiration from across Asia,
brought together as a surprisingly tasty plant-based fusion.

Mapo tofu hummus

Dining

Beginning with familiar flavours,
we build a plant-based fusion of Sichuan and the rest of the world.

Mapo tofu with chickpea hummus.
Gongbao flavours on a pizza.
Sichuan spice takes new forms through
culinary ideas from Asia and beyond.

We believe the pleasure of a meal
begins with generous, flavourful food.

Some dishes contain alliums, nuts, soy or wheat. Please tell our team about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.
