Hello, DULi friends. Meet our new summer dish: chilled kimchi and seaweed noodles.
We chose rice noodles for their delicate, refreshing texture, perfect for a light yet satisfying meal on a hot day.
Crisp Yanbian apple pear adds a fresh sweetness that complements the tangy, spicy kimchi. Candied walnuts bring crunch and a nutty aroma, all brought together with our house-made kimchi sauce. Each bite has something different to offer.
