Today’s recommendation is our corn and cauliflower bao, a playful plant-based dish.
It brings together Middle Eastern falafel and Taiwanese gua bao, balancing lightness and flavour in every bite.
We make the fritters with cauliflower, corn and chickpeas, seasoning them with Sichuan pepper and cumin. Tucked inside a soft, gently chewy steamed bun, their crisp texture meets the refreshing crunch and tang of house-pickled red cabbage.
A generous layer of our sesame sauce completes the bao. Satisfying without sacrificing freshness, it is also available through our delivery menu. Come and give it a try.
