As the weather cools, we all need a little warmth. We have added three autumn and winter drinks to the menu, each with its own character: comforting, gently festive, or carrying a little alcoholic warmth.
Perilla Plum Tea combines perilla’s herbal, sweet and savoury notes with the richness of plum wine and lively bubbles from draught beer. Fresh at first, with a gentle warmth as you sip, it is made for a leisurely afternoon.
Freshly simmered longan, red date and ginger tea is a comforting hot drink. Rich longan and gently sweet red dates meet goji berries and brown sugar, with ginger adding a little warmth. Sweet without being cloying.
Freshly simmered apple, rooibos and ginger tea combines fragrant apple, mellow rooibos, distinctive cinnamon, ginger’s light heat and the warm sweetness of brown sugar.
These seasonal drinks bring a little early-winter ritual to the table. Come in for a warming tea or a relaxed cocktail.
