DULi and The Shanghai EDITION have created a spring menu, now available at Shanghai Tavern.
You may recognise a few favourites: mapo tofu hummus, dan dan noodles and chai cake. Our dishes follow the same direction—plants, spices, Sichuan heat and layered flavours—with a lighter touch for the season.
The spring menu runs until May 31. Come and try it!
Please note: several dishes on the collaboration menu contain eggs or dairy. Tell your server about any dietary requirements before ordering.
